Below are the conditions of when your trading account will be automatically, and manual reset due to Negative Balance.
Automatic Reset

1. Your account will be automatically reset at each hour on 51st minutes.
2. Automatic reset negative balance will ONLY occur if your total EQUITY is negative.
3. Bonus/Credit support both floating, margin and also tradable.
What if your account does not reset automatically. What can you do?
Manual Reset
---------------
1. You can use your available bonus to gain profit to cover the negative balance.
2. You can request manual reset by contacting us via LiveChat, HelpDesk ticket or by informing your AM/BDM to reset the negative balance to you.
Note: Please note that client cannot make a new deposit when the trading account is in Negative Balance.
